30-day returns
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel.
How to return
Email contact@elvora-group-shop.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover return costs and offer a repair, replacement or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Non-returnable
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable once opened unless faulty. This never affects your rights for faulty goods.
