All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
- Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days. Free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95.
- Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days, £6.95.
- Orders are tracked; you'll receive a tracking link by email once dispatched.
- We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Returns & refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have 14 days to return the goods.
- Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
- We refund the full item price within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty items & warranty
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. All products carry a 2-year warranty. If something develops a fault, contact us at contact@elvora-group-shop.com and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
